This is what your colleagues will have at the bottom of their messages. The QR code opens their business card, which stays editable after printing.
Three steps, and only once.
After that, a stand-in is added in a minute from your own space, without anyone touching Microsoft 365.
An Excel file like the ones you already have: name, job title, email, phone. We turn it into that many cards, profiles and signatures.
Ten minutes, guided step by step — or done by us over a screen share if you prefer. It is the only technical step of the whole rollout.

What does not happen here.
Your emails travel nowhere
The signature is added by Microsoft, on your side. Our server only receives a request for an image. Competing server-side solutions route all your outbound mail through their infrastructure, where it is opened to insert the signature.
We hold no key to your Microsoft 365
No certificate, no admin permission, no access to your mailboxes. We would have no means of reading anything there, even if asked. It is an architectural choice, not a promise.

An invoice in your organisation's name
Belgian VAT, a proper invoice, and a quote on request for your purchase order. Pay by card or by transfer, whichever suits you.
Nobody has to reprint anything
Someone leaves, a role changes, a number changes: the details are corrected online. Cards already handed out and QR codes already displayed stay accurate, with no new print run.
The more of you there are, the less it costs per person.
Every card includes all the features of the confirmed plan: unlimited cards, bulk generation, hosted PDF, statistics.
Beyond 100 cards, or for anything particular (several sites, separate invoicing), ask us for a quote: we reply within two working days.
