To pay, you go through your bank, which verifies your identity — European law requires it. It then passes on one single thing: the account holder's name. That is the name shown on your card, with its date. In other words: your money pays for the service; what proves your name is the bank's check. And because we refuse to state anything we cannot demonstrate, we write “name confirmed on 3 March 2026” — never “identity verified”.
If you stop the subscription, your very first card stays active and editable, free of charge and with no time limit. Extra cards are paused — never deleted — and become active again if you resubscribe to the yearly plan.
